We are looking for a Mechanical engineer that has commercial experience / mechanical HVAC
Candidate requirements:
Proven track record of servicing and repair of boilers and Gas fired water heaters.
The ideal candidate will have up to date gas qualifications
CODNCO1 , TPCP1A , CORT1 BMP1 ,CDGA1 , ICPN1
An LPG qualification would be an advantage
IPAF, PASMA, CSCS are desirable
Good understanding of electrical work/controls
Good IT and computing skills essential as all work will be given electronically.
To work within a team of 32 engineers on reactive/maintenance/testing work. There will also be installation work mainly as a follow on from reactive calls
The main area of work will be Kent/Surrey & South London
The work pattern will be on a call rota 1 in 4 weekends (additional payment for standby and enhanced hourly rate)
Working hours 40 per week
Holiday 21 days + bank holidays + Christmas holidays
Christmas holiday rota (additional holidays)
