We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Advantage Team Leader to join our growing Fabrication team at the Aylesford site.

The Advantage Team Leader will ensure that all fabricated orders are planned and controlled from order through the complete manufacturing process, whilst providing an industry leading customer service. The Advantage Team Leader will lead our Fabrication Team in all aspects, including the H&S, stock control and workplace systems, ensuring that all targets are met.

This person will be the key link from the Advantage Technical team through to dispatch and will need to be able adopt a hands-on approach when needed.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Essential -

• Strong communication and leadership skills including humility and people management skills
• A proven track record of developing and leading a team.
• Experience of face to face customer relations as required.
• Be flexible in their approach to working especially around core hours.
• An understanding of the technical process and be able to add value to the whole process with detailed discussion on technical issues
• Proactive support for growth and development embracing CI within the department
• Be focused on attention to detail, as well as accurate and numerate

Desirable -

• Be able to manufacture fabrications as and when required subject to demand.
• Be customer focused with an understanding of order planning, the manufacturing process, product despatch and have stock control experience.
• An understanding of drainage & water supply system.
• Excellent computer skills including an understanding of ERP systems (IFS) and MS Office
