International Financial Accountant, £60,000, West London, flexible working options

Your new company:
A global, market leader in security services is looking to hire a new International Financial Accountant as the company undergoes an exciting period of transformation, being acquired by a large conglomerate. As the new International Financial Controller, you will work out of the global head office, working to produce crucial intercompany accounts and consolidations, reporting into the Corporate Entity Finance Lead.

Your new role:
As the new International Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing the monthly reporting of the costs of the head office business unit
* Booking accruals, accurately reporting results in HFM, providing variance analysis between actual and forecast expenditure
* Assisting with budgets and monthly forecasting
* Reconciling account balances on a monthly basis using the Blackline ARMS system
* Resolving reconciling items in a timely manner
* Prompt payment of supplier invoices and employee expense claims, performing audit checks where required
* Intercompany accounting, raising of intercompany invoices, and intercompany reconciliations
* Support the annual management fee process, providing analysis of costs and issuing invoices to business units in a timely matter
* Support Chubb Group IT lead to make sure IT costs are charged to business units in a timely matter
* Act as a point of contact for auditors / other stakeholders with regards to the group function
* Completing timely VAT returns

What you'll need to succeed:
To succeed as the new International Financial Accountant, you will have the following:

* Desirably, an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc)
* Experience working on large intercompany / head office accounts
* Desirably, experience using Hyperion or similar consolidations tools
* Comfortable working to demanding deadlines
