We are supporting East Kent College in the recruitment of a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy accounts team as soon as possible for at least two months to support them in a back log of work within the department and also whilst they upgrade their system within the department.
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Team Leader, day to day responsibilities will include purchase ledger and processing payments, dealing with invoices and entering on to the finance system called Open Accounts.
Previous experience Purchase Ledger experience, good all round MS Office skills, Parking on site. Monday to Thursday 08.30-17.00 and Friday 08.30-16.30.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
