Puretone Ltd. is a market leading designer and manufacturer of sub-miniature audio devices, based in Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent.
We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join our business on a part-time permanent basis, working within our finance department.
Working three days per week, Wednesday to Friday 08:30 to 16:45 (23.25 hours), main duties will include purchase sales, bank related activities and maintenance of accounting records.
Essential skills:
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above, or equivalent.
Competent using Microsoft Excel in particular, and other packages such as Word, Outlook and Teams.
Desirable strengths:
Experience of working in an accounting role or an accountancy related qualification.
Experience using Exchequer accounting software.
