Skilled Machinist Fitter
Full Time Hours. Permanent position.
Salary negotiable (depending on experience) + production bonus (following successful probationary period)
Experienced general engineering Machinist Fitter with a strong engineering background required.
Knowledge of general engineering disciplines such as use of general machine shop equipment is required, especially centre lathe turning. The successful candidate must also be fully conversant with all engineering measuring equipment.
Previous CNC experience would be preferred but training will be provided.
We are looking for a flexible, self-motivated individual who is reliable, able to work on their own as well as part of a team. There may also be the opportunity to progress further and extend knowledge within Wire Belt, so an aspiration to develop future skills would be ideal.
Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 7.30 am – 4.15 pm, Friday 7.30 am – 2.45 pm. 40 hours per week.
