We are currently looking for an Accounts administrator to join our Team in Marden, Kent.
DWHP are a Mechanical Services Contractor, providing commercial buildings such as schools and offices with Heating, Plumbing, Ventilation and Air conditioning systems.
Job roles include but not limited to the following:
• Overflow Answering calls
• Overflow ordering
• Sub – contractor questionnaires and certificate requesting (annual)
• Finances input data
• Invoicing
• Wages
• VAT
• Tax and CIS
• Accreditation updates & Auditing
• Paying suppliers
• Pensions scheme auditing
• Invoice checking
• Analysis input
• Chasing payments
Essential skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft programmes (particularly Excel and Outlook)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Experience of VT transaction+ would be advantageous
Qualifications
• C or above in GSCE Maths
• C or above in GSCE English
• Must have experience in a similar role
Contract
• Part-time or Full-Time Negotiable
Working Hours
• 24 hours Per Week
Salary
• Negotiable
