Telesales Executive – Barretts Parts Hub, St Nicholas at Wade
We are currently recruiting for two Telesales Executives to join our growing business. If you are enthusiastic, have a friendly and confident phone manner and enjoy working as part of a successful team, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
The main focus of the role will be handling incoming parts enquiries for the PSA brands (Peugeot, Citroen, DS and Vauxhall) and selling to the automotive aftermarket. You will be the first point of contact over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service. The role will require you to manage an existing customer base and to help build a new one; with the aim of developing long term trade relationships.
Required experience and skills:
Telesales, telemarketing or commercial experience would be advantageous for this role. You should be confident in using computer systems and able to pick them up quickly. Previous experience in the motor environment is not a requirement, as full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be efficient, well-organised and have a keen eye for detail. This role relies on the accurate processing of information, often against tight deadlines.
