Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: £18,500 per annum + bonus (£30k OTE)
Location: Tunbridge Wells (subsidized parking permits available)
Great, permanent opportunity for an engaging and commercially minded Customer Service professional. Full training is provided for this exciting role, but it would particularly suit an ex-travel consultant or cabin crew!
This role involves taking inbound calls and email enquiries from new and existing customers, managing the booking of the service our client provides. You will be working as part of a busy, buzzy team!
The main duties of this role include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service and being a real brand ambassador!
* Taking card payments over the phone
* Handling new and existing customers calls and enquiries (Inbound calls only)
* Speaking with customers to change bookings and advise on alternatives available
* Problem solving
* Any other duties as required
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Some customer service experience
* A proactive and motivated individual
* A genuine passion for excellent service delivery
* Strong IT Skills with the ability to use MS Office
* Someone who enjoys working in a team environment!
