Our well-established client is looking for an entry level candidate to provide proactive and efficient HR support spanning all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
We are looking for -
* A proven interest in a career in HR - either a CIPD, a HR degree or experience in the industry
* Someone looking to progress in the HR industry
* Strong organisational skills and proven IT skills - particularly around Word and Excel, with the ability to pull reports and analyse employee data
* Able to use initiative and prioritise effectively
* Work well as part a busy and fast paced team
* Provide a high-quality customer service
The Role is -
* Full-time and permanent
* Based in Medway
* Salary of £24,000
Key Responsibilities Include -
* Support all administrative stages of the recruitment and selection process ranging from application stage to offer stage including all onboarding activities.
* Record management, managing systems and providing comprehensive reports.
* Managing mailboxes and telephones, responding to queries, and providing first level advice and support (where appropriate) to a range of customers and stakeholders at all levels
* Co-ordinating events (including off site) and meetings including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, taking minutes/notes, monitoring follow up actions and distributing papers.
* Work flexibly across all teams in HR to help achieve the Directorates' deliverables.
