Our Education client in Dartford is recruiting a Permanent HR Officer to join their growing HR team.
Your new role
As a HR Officer you will be working as a proactive member for the HR team, delivering a professional HR service. You will be responsible for the following:
* Point of contact for HR queries
* Support Employee Relation processes
* Performance management
* Responsible for all new starters to the business
* Coordinate all recruitment and selection processes
* Assist with Learning and Development
Hour of work: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per annum.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have at least 18 months in a HR Advisor role with a CIPD qualification, level 3. You must have knowledge of employment law and computerised HR systems.
You must also have a full UK driving licence to be able to travel to other sites when needed, and be available to work in the office 100% of the time.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £25,500 plus 33 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), local government pension which includes life assurance, free parking and other onsite facilities including restaurant, nursery and coffee shops.
