I am working with a company based in Maidstone who are looking for a New business developer to join their growing team.

The purpose of the new business developer is to support the constant stream of new customers to its client base through new business. (Internal and external)

The day to day duties of the new business developer include:

Find, nurture, and develop new business from concept to account

Sourcing data through social media, web searches, directory of associations

Through initial telephone contact, turning raw data into potential leads through gaining accurate information from the appropriate contact to pass to the Technical Account Managers for follow-up and further development

To qualify campaign data where required to extract potential leads

Analyse and maintain accurate customer records on the CRM database

To achieve a basic understanding of all existing and new products in the Company portfolio to discuss and promote to prospective customers

Prepare and follow up detailed and accurate quotations

The suitable candidate for the New business developer:

Be a confident communicator, both verbally and written.

Proven sales experience

Full clean driving licence and happy to travel when required

Good organisational skills

Capability to learn and retain technical product knowledge

Experience of using CRM systems

Computer Literate

Benefits:

Starting Salary Up to £25k (10% commission on all sales for 6 months and then 10% commission on all sales when monthly sales reach £3k per month)
