We are working with a professional services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager. Working with the senior management team, you will hold responsibility for recruitment, development and maintenance of policies and procedures, ER and performance management and managing the training budget along with the SMT.
This will be a hands-on, stand-alone role and would suit a candidate with extensive generalist HR experience. If you are a HR Advisor ready for the next step into a management position, this is also an option. Candidates with professional services experience would be looked at favourably.
There will be a requirement to work from offices predominantly based in East Kent.
