We are currently looking to support a Global business in the recruitment of a Project Manager to join their UK based operations to lead a cross functional team in the kick off through to delivery of a clinical software development project.
Working with clients both UK and Internationally based, you will take pride in facilitating the successful execution from what starts as a study, gather client specific requirements, working through the maintenance element and act as the main point of contact with the key focus of delivering an exemplary level of customer service from start to finish.
The person will have:
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 3 years' project management experience
* Minimum of 3 years' experience with software systems in support of clinical trials
* The ability to travel up to 20% of the time
* Top notch verbal and written communication skills
* Foundational knowledge of the principles of a software development life cycle
* A passion for customer service and prior experience working in a customer-facing role
* An innate proactivity - to learn, to gather information, to anticipate problems
* Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with a strong sense of personal accountability and attention to detail and quality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
In return, you'll receive £40,000/annum to c£70,000 depending on what you bring to the table, generous holiday package over and above the average, comprehensive benefits package and pension with company match. Flexible working arrangements - working from home with an emphasis on work/life balance with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Travel will be required when building relationships with customers who are kicking off new projects.
