We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our client in Dover to support a team of two other HR Advisors. This is a HR Generalist role is offered on a full time temporary contract paying £17.00/hour, initially up to 6 month with a possibility of it being extended.

You will be required to provide proactive coaching and advice on a day to day basis both face to face and over the phone in relation to all HR Queries, with a key focus on sickness management, holding weekly HR clinics for the staff within the organisation. Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries. Providing advice to Line Managers in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence management. Supporting ER cases, manage the production of HR data across the appropriate systems and assist in analysing the data.

Qualifications/Skills

* Experienced and pragmatic CIPD professional with demonstrable experience in an Advisory capacity managing large programmes with multiple stakeholders
* Able to establish credibility at all levels to influence and guide management on all issues
* Experience in using HR Systems
* Self-motivated with excellent communication & organisation skills
* Expert in UK Employment Law e.g. disciplinary, grievance, discrimination
