A rare and exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Coordinator to join this well-established business on the outskirts of Maidstone.

This area of the business is growing rapidly, so requires someone who can manage existing demands whilst having the foresight to support this growth.

Duties are varied, but include:

* Deliver leading customer service through direct interaction and efficient and accurate processing of orders and an effective logistics service for the despatch of Orders
* Receive and Input sales orders and produce the required documentation for production planning. Keep the customer informed proactively about their order
* Ensure all documentation is completed before despatch
* Complete export freight documentation in line with the customers' requirements and legislation.
* Answer sales and order enquiries redirecting to the appropriate member of the sales team where appropriate.
* Support other members of the supply chain team to ensure all KPI's of team are met

To be successful you will have/be:

* Experience of logistics is required!
* Able to work with warehouse & Despatch teams
* Awareness of export legislation and warehousing
* Good geographical awareness
* Customer Focused and Positive Attitude
* Time & people management skills
* Excellent Communication
* Attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving skills
