Team Administrator - Insurance
Mon to Fri - 9:00 to 5:30
3 days in City of London Office & 2 days working from home.
Initial 6 month contract, moving to permanent.
An opportunity to join an independent Lloyds Broker who specialise in complex international insurance cover.
The company is growing and this is an exciting time to join the business.
The Administration Assistant will be a key member of the small administration department and will provide a diverse range of support services. Through training the scope of the role and the complexity of duties will develop and grow as you gain knowledge and experience.
This role will suit a team player who can prioritise workload, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, be able to adapt quickly, possess strong organisational skills, have attention to detail and be comfortable with IT systems.
The ideal candidate will possess 12 months experience within an insurance related business.
Duties to begin with will include the following, but will expand over time.
* Manage the group email inbox.
* Arrange travel
* Allocate and resolve queries
* Process expenses
* Organise events
