Top Villas is one of the largest luxury vacation rental agencies in the UK and USA, offering over 5,000+ homes in over 50 of the most desirable destinations in the world.
We are looking for an aggressive and results driven candidate who has a strong mindset for success to join our high performing UK reservations team. We offer all the tools and training needed to let you thrive and reach your true potential.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, sales driven and passionate about travel. A great personality to go along along with these attributes will help you to quickly build rapport with our clients and succeed in the role.
The average agent will earn anything from £25,000 - £75,000 per year.
Our opening hours are 10am to 10pm Monday through Sunday. (UK office)
What we require:
- At least 1 day to be worked at the weekend and 1- 2 late shifts (2pm - 10pm).
- Effort, we are looking for a candidate who is not ordinary but extraordinary, you will be expected to go above and beyond with every task and client you deal with to maintain Top Villas level of customer service.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients so they come back year after year
- An interest in travel
