A Recruitment Advisor for a 6 month FTC position, based in Rochester.

Our Manufacturing client is recruiting a Recruitment Advisor based at their site in Rochester, initially for 6 month with the prospect of becoming permanent.

Your new role
As a resourcing Advisor you will take the lead on the recruitment function from application through to onboarding. As well as proactively finding alternative ways to source candidates using a variety of methods.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have previous experience within recruitment (2-3 years) whilst working in a high volume, fast paced, multi-site environment. You must also have a full UK driving licence as the site isn't accessible on public transport.
