Finance Administrator

We are urgently looking for a high-level senior administrator to join a busy practice near Maidstone. The lady going on maternity has been there many years and her role has grown and grown. They don't expect to find someone with all the following skills but as many as possible. The key to this role is the ability to learn and a determined attitude.

Training will be provided, but the expectation is candidates need to have experience in a number of the tasks outlined. The administration tasks include:

* all Companies House filings with related minutes and forms;
* company formations;
* client and account set up in TaxCalc and Xero;
* our Xero maintenance and bank reconciliations;
* recurring invoice raising;
* bill payments;
* management and marketing reporting;
* marketing letters; and
* general phone and mail support
* Any other duties required
