Looking for an IT Customer Service Executive who to drives, to support an organisation's sites across Kent.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and engaging person, who will provide first line customer service and support across all aspects of the organisation's IT systems,.
Personal specification
* Experience of IT incident and problem management;
* Experience in a customer service function;
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
* Methodical, problem solving approach and ability to re-prioritise a changing workload;
* Good administrative and customer service skills and excellent telephone manner;
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly;
* Experience of delivering training through a variety of mediums to a broad spectrum of customers and users;
* Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications;
* Willingness to learn;
* Willingness to travel and work from multiple locations;
* Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use - or access to reliable transport arrangements.
