Due to a recent internal promotion, the team now have scope to recruit a Graduate to join, and have a successful history of providing a superb level of support, training and access to qualifications in order to all-but-guarantee their hire's success as a Graduate Trainee in the role.

Day-to-day in this role, you will engage core skills of analysis, collaborative teamworking and systematic problem solving; in order to deliver high quality work within project deadlines. Daily duties might include:-
- Sourcing and collating quantitative data from a variety of means, following systems and processes to collect and centralise data for each project.
- Formatting data appropriately, and conducting calculations to assess product and project Key Performance Indicators.
- Interpreting and reporting on data – working with a team and indepedently depending on project complexity, to interpret and analyse results, producing reasoned written content and insight into results and ensuring to take algorithmic risk factors into account.

Full comprehensive training provided - several graduates have joined and successfully developed with the team over the last couple of years.
