Company Secretariat Assistant & Administrator
Salary to £35,000 + benefits package
Hybrid Working : 3 days in City & 2 days WFH
An exciting opportunity to join a Lloyds syndicate who underwrite global insurance and reinsurance across a range of different classes.
This is a dual function role, providing high quality, professional and comprehensive assistance on all company secretarial matters including statutory compliance and meeting administration, as well as providing administrative support and assistance to the team.
BOARD & COMMITTEE SUPPORT
* Proactively managing meeting schedules and the agenda planning process
* Preparation of agendas, collation, and timely distribution of meeting packs
* Attend and take minutes of Executive Management Group meetings
* Support the Company Secretary in relation to Board and Committee meetings
* Support Board, Committee, and Executive Management Group Effectiveness Reviews
COMPANY SECRETARIAL SUPPORT
* Ensure statutory registers and minute books for all Group companies are maintained
* Attend to Companies House filings
* Support corporate governance initiatives and provide guidance to promote and ensure best practice
* Support the drafting of governance documentation, including Terms of Reference
* Respond to ad-hoc information requests / regulatory information requests / auditor requests.
* Support changes to Company Structure (share issues, transfers, new entity incorporations)
TEAM SUPPORT
* Diary and calendar management
* Coordination and scheduling of both internal and external meetings
* Coordination of meeting room and video conference facilities
* Arranging global travel through our corporate travel provider
* Management of expenses for the Executive team
Our client is looking for someone with at least 12 months recent experience within a Company Secretariat related role from any industry sector.
Organised / adaptable / initiative / good IT skills / strong communicator / self-motivated
