A great opportunity has arisen through growth at a local business to take on the day to day duties for a busy Dispatch Department.
Working as part of the team at a manufacturing business key duties will include:
Collating orders and matching with dispatch documents
Pick orders from the ERP system and prepare materials to support these
Liaise with factory floor teams to plan activity
Produce and check labels and supporting documentation for transit of products
Prepare invoices, raise waybills, test certificates and any other docs needed
Arrange shipping by courier or other means and prepare final invoice
Maintain stock inventory and accurate records
To be successful in this role you will have gained experience using an ERP system (winman would be ideal) and have excellent attention to details, strong communication skills, excellent written skills and a string knowledge of MS packages.
