We are currently recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our client based near Tunbridge Wells
Your duties will be
* Carry out general office duties including managing incoming calls and emails, redirecting if required
* Undertake administrative duties as required, which may include typing, photocopying, collating of meeting papers
* Distribute post and circulate communications
* Arrange meetings / agendas / typing of accurate minutes and actions
* Typing of professional correspondence
* Support clinical services with the migration to EMIS and where required booking appointments, typing of letters, patient screening
* Coordination of accurate and complete records in a written or electronic format
* Manage electronic staff rota
* Maintain and order office supplies
* Create and update distribution lists
* Meet and welcome guests in a professional manner
* Support in the production of monthly reports and statistical information
* Routine filing and storage of confidential documentation as required
* To prepare invoices for payment
Skills Required
Able to use Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Previously worked in similar position within the health sector
Skills for communicating on complex information and administrative matters, requiring developed interpersonal and oral/ written communication skills
Knowledge of Vision and EMIS clinical systems would be desirable
Pre-employment checks will need to be completed
This role will be till March 2022
