Customer Co-ordinator
To be the primary contact for the customers. Ensure good communication between the customer and Manufacturing/Material controllers to dispatch goods on time and accurately.
Key skills:
* Receiving and reviewing schedules from the customer
* Loading of EDI schedules from the customers and producing comparison reports.
* Produce the picklists for the warehouse.
* Arrange and prioritise outgoing shipments, Sea/Air/Other with the customers freight company or our own.
* Chasing Manufacturing or the Material Controllers to reduce Arrears/Backorders
* Produce recovery plans to the customer where Manufacturing output/Supplier deliveries are not satisfactory.
You will need to hold at least 3 GCSEs at grade C equivalent or above and preferable to hold an A level equivalent qualification
Any background in mechanical engineering sector or manufacturing also an advantage
Excel skills to advanced level and understanding of CRM and SAP would be advantageous
