Marketing, Communications & Social Media:
Reporting to the ESP Operations Director, you will co-ordinate your work with The Head of Apprenticeships, Head of IT, Employability Engagement team, our retained marketing/ design team to produce campaigns.
Combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presence. You will bring together campaigns into coherent and compulsive messages on our social media, website and through our prospects held on our CRM system. Development and execution of marketing and comms strategy.
Working closely with the ESP Heads to think up and create lead generation campaigns. Producing corporate material to generate leads and targets bespoke to projects and stakeholder requests. Manage the Digital Content creator to ensure all content is in line with employer branding. Management of the leads generated via the website. Supporting the ESP Board with business strategy.
You will increase the metrics of our website against benchmarked competitors. You will increase the number of prospects in our CRM and generate positive sales conversations, for our Commercial and Apprenticeship provision.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Non-Exec Director of Marketing and the Operations Director to implement the strategy and achieve the marketing objectives.
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Advise on and Create an online/social media strategy to support the Objectives of the business and the objectives of the Director of Marketing.
• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
• The need to provide coherent campaigns co-ordinated with operations and the developing strategy.
• Ensures brand/trademark/services/training provider is consistent in marketing and social media messages by working with Directors/Heads/Managers colleagues, including advertising, product development, and brand management
• Provides training and guidance to members of other business teams on social media implementation best practices and strategies
• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports/analysis and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Reports progress to Directors and Senior management that show distance travelled and ROI
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram
• Research and monitors activity of company competitors
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
• Co-ordinates cross company marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and joint benefit
Skills and Qualifications:
• Current hands-on experience in Digital marketing
• 3-6 Years of Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis.
