Quality Assurance Analyst - London - FMCG - £45,000 - £55,000

Amazing opportunity available working for this established blue-chip FMCG business in London for a Quality Analyst on a permanent basis to support their customer service centre. This business is a pioneer in developing a revolutionary product that has gone from strength to strength over the last few years.


Your new role
Your new role will be to play a key part in delivering the customer service vision to develop high quality, long-lasting relationships with customers. You will be involved in supporting the operations team with training, driving quality, reviewing and maintaining the existing framework, providing statistical reports and insights on performance and effectively communicate developments with trainers, management and the team.

You will conduct quality evaluations, mystery shopping, root-cause analysis and identify knowledge gaps to further develop agents.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must have experience as a quality analyst/quality management within a customer service environment, have in-depth knowledge of industry quality frameworks, analytics and technology systems. You will have strong leadership skills, understand market trends and ideally have worked within Ecommerce/FMCG/Retail.


What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, with a company bonus of 7%, London bonus of £3,000 and have the ability to work hybrid between home and office with 2 days in the office and 3 at home.
