A Consultant with us, takes on a varied and interesting role, to manage an existing portfolio of clients who have experienced the service. Tasks in the role will involve proactive liaison, agreeing and meeting client briefs, visiting companies to understand more about their culture and opportunity, as well as meeting, interviewing and briefing candidates to meet client needs. A rewarding role, for a confident communicator with life skills, good IT skills and a real desire to make a difference.

Operating within a hybrid space hovering between sales and customer service delivery. - sales because we need to have the positivity and pro activity to make a difference; and, customer service because we do with a heart and care.

Prior experience in recruitment or a consultative / service orientated sales industry is beneficial, by no means essential.
