Job Title: Accounts Assistant



Term: Temporary 1 - 2 months with permanent opportunities



Location: Maidstone (office based)



Salary: £11ph - £13ph DOE



Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm



An exciting temporary opportunity has become available at a successful Fresh Produce company in Maidstone for an experienced Accounts Assistant.



Your key responsibilities as the Accounts Administrator would be to:

* Allocate customer payments
* Data input financial information onto Excel spreadsheets and Sage
* Support Credit Control with invoice queries and discrepancies
* Collate cost information
* Send invoices to customers
* Support the Finance Team with any finance related duties



We would love to speak to candidates with the following skills and attributes:

* Accounts experience is essential
* Previous use of Sage programmes is ideal but not essential
* Experience within the Fresh Produce industry would be an advantage
