The Role
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in our Aylesford office on a full-time basis. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals who have the ability to multi task, have an energetic approach to work and can ensure our customers receive an efficient and positive experience and service.
The primary role of the Customer Service Advisor is to manage customer communications and provide an excellent service to potential, new and existing customers. The successful candidate will process customer orders and resolve any enquiries and concerns, whilst always greeting callers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
What does the job involve?
· Answering incoming calls and handling queries via telephone and email
· Inputting orders onto the sales system
· Producing credit notes and invoices
· Performing administrative duties such as updating customer accounts and producing delivery notes and invoices
· Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Key Skills / Experience
· Previous telephone experience – call centre or customer service orientated
· Customer Focused
· Highly motivated
· Reliable and trustworthy
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player
· Computer literate – Excel, Word
· Previous experience in fresh produce is preferred but not essential
Working hours
· 42.5 hours, working 5 days per week on a rota basis.
· Shift patterns are 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00
· The rota will include some weekend work.

We have recently diversified into direct Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods.
