JOB TITLE: Generator Hire Sales Support/Administrator

LOCATION: Dover, Kent

REPORTABLE TO: Powerhire Sales Director

HOURS: 40 hours Monday to Friday


- Assisting in the production of sales quotations

- Updating company systems such as InspHire Contact Management System

- Chasing customer purchase orders

- Attending twice monthly Sales Meetings

- Preparing paperwork/agenda for Sales Meeting.

- Typing up and distributing sales meeting minutes

- Following up of sales quotations where necessary

- Advising new customers when accounts are live

- Arranging customer visits for Sales Managers

- Assisting with PQQ’s and tender documents

- Update Prospect Tracker on excel spreadsheet

- Cover reception passing on incoming telephone calls to appropriate staff

- General ad-hoc duties as and when required

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Knowledge of the Generator or Generator Hire industry would be advantageous

- Excellent Microsoft Office and computer knowledge

- Ability to manage time and prioritise effectively

- Work well within a team environment

- First class communication and presentation skills coupled with being highly motivated and driven to exceed targets


- Salary is negotiable depending on the experience of the applicant
