A very popular country pub are looking to hire a Chef on a full time basis, they are happy to employ an experienced or keen to learn chef into the position of Chef Assistant. You'll be working shifts of 40 hours a week, evenings and weekends.

* Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
* Managing and training chefs working with you
* Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of H&S
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
