The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Medical Waste Disposal Operative's to begin a temporary to permanent assignment with our client based in the New Hythe, Aylesford, Kent area.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Unloading trailers
- Moving cages and bins around the yard and warehouse
- Unloading medical waste in to incinerators
- Operating machinery
- Moving pallets around the warehouse
- Disposal of all medical waste
Candidates will need to have a strong stomach due to the smells surrounding the site. You must also be comfortable working around used medical equipment in a safe manner.
You will also be required to lift approximately 20kg bags of waste when disposing of waste.
Please be aware that you will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern each week, rotating between day shifts and night shifts. Shift times below.
Days
06:00 - 18:00
Nights
18:00 - 06:00
In return, you will receive:
- £10.00 to £11.25 per hour (Dependent on experience and shift premiums)
- Weekly pay
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Full PPE & training
- Potential permanent position following a successful trial period
