Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Care Assistant to join their established Residential Care Home based in Gillingham, Kent
Our client specialise in providing excellent quality dementia care for up to 88 residents
The role entails:
- Providing support to all residents within the homes care according to their individual needs
- Promoting Privacy and Dignity at all times
- Ensuring that care plans are followed to ensure that residents maintain as much independence as they can
- Assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the home and ensuring that the atmosphere is beneficial to the residents
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Full vaccinated against Covid-19 (or have had 1st dose by 16.09.2021)
- Previous care experience is preferred but this is not essential
- Having a kind and caring personality and a desire to give residents the best possible care
Salary and Benefits:
- Rate of Pay = £9.05 to £9.20 per hour (This works out to be roughly £19,100 which is based on an 11 hour day 4 days per week)
- Ongoing training and development
- Guaranteed Full Time or Part Time Contracted Hours
- Day or Night shifts available
- 2 free uniforms and badge
- Refer a friend scheme - bonus awarded
Initial interviews will be conducted face to face at our clients office in Sittingbourne
