We are seeking an additional machine operator. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a machine operator working in a FMCG environment.
We are fast growing manufacturer of flexible packaging based in Folkestone in Kent.
We produce work at the very top of the process with modern 8 colour presses in both UV Flexo and WEB Offset for major blue chip companies

REQUIREMENTS
Suitable applicants for this position should meet the following criteria:
Previous experience as a machine operator
Shift work in a factory or similar environment.
Demonstrable ability to learn new skills.
Willingness to continue with ongoing training.
The capacity to work conscientiously and to set procedures.
Methodical approach to new tasks.
Capacity to follow written and verbal instructions.
Punctual and reliable.
Flexible approach to covering holidays and other shifts on short notice
Ability to complete administration accurately including use of good numeracy skills.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
Ideally you will also have the following experience:
Working knowledge of ISO 9001/2000 procedures.
Previous experience with offset or flexo print process

Hours Full-Time 42 hours per week - 12 Hour Shift on a 3 on 3 off pattern
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00 per year DOE
Schedule:
• 12 Hour Shift on a 3 on 3 off pattern.
• Extra rate for permanent night shift
