At least 4 years of relevant land/planning experience
Some knowledge of build costs would be a benefit
An understanding of the Kent sales market
Well presented
Organised and have excellent attention to detail
Able to prioritise their workload
Able to communicate confidently at all levels
A team player
Be accurate and numerate
Have good IT skills including word, excel and PowerPoint
Enjoy networking
Willing to go the extra mile
Excellent Standard of education and the ability to deal with clients at all levels.
