Fabulous Career Move for a candidate capable of leading the Compliance and Onboarding of new staff for a fast-growth international organisation
Having won a series of major contracts, our client are now ready to begin undertaking an exciting multi-year expansion project involving permanent and contract hires. As a result, they are looking to secure a permanent hire to join their Head Office Ops team.
This position suits a candidate with exceptional process management and task prioritisation skills, able to oversee the ongoing delivery of multiple simultaneous ongoing projects with regular internal liaison with the HR Recruitment and Operations team.
You will take a leading role in contract set up and query resolution, as well as using a self-built system to set and meet deadlines for contracts and compliance. It is a process-led role, with regular contact internally and externally resolving queries, as well as completing high level administration, integral to the company’s success in meeting their SLAs and retaining the contracts. Therefore skills such as attention to detail, process coordination, deadline management and telephone/email service delivery shall be key to success in the role.
Training into technical information and contracts will be provided where needed

Joining an Operations team, you will play a key part in the operational efficiency and compliance of the company, and so should be able to ‘spin multiple plates’, drive interactions towards outcomes, and complete administration to an exceptionally high quality.

Generous salary package – up to £50,000 + team bonus
Based from Kent or London offices, with flexibility to work from home;
The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrably relevant experience and now be looking to take their next step with a senior level challenge.
