Senior QS - Private residential developer - 30 - 50 unit schemes, Kent. Managing 2 projects. £competitive

Your new company
A Long established private house builder working on a mixture of mid to high end schemes across Kent. Projects are typically in the 30 - 50 unit size with occasional 100 unit schemes. The business has been steadily growing in both size and reputation over the past few years and are now at the stage where an additional senior QS is needed to join the commercial team. With ambitious plans and a stable workforce this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to join a successful team and build a long term career with multiple avenues for progression.

Your new role
As Senior QS you will be Commercially responsible for 2 to 3 schemes, totalling approximately 100 units. Reporting to the commercial director you will be involved from sub contract procurement through to final accounts, including monthly payments, agreeing variations, CVR's etc. You will be head office based visiting site as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior QS Working for Either a larger residential developer or smaller house building contractor. You will be comfortable managing your own projects and looking for a long term permanent role in the Kent area.
