Administrator - £20,000 - Maidstone. My client has a unique and exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their Employee Benefits team, based in Maidstone ME16. Are you a strong administrator looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career in a specialist insurance sector? This could be the role for you! At this company they need candidates who possess transferable administration skills to add value to the business and become part of their on-going success! You will join an existing team of Administrators on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a highly competitive salary of £19,000 - £20,000 per annum + company funded benefits: Life Insurance, Private Healthcare, Cash Plan, Income Protection & Pension as well as funded CII membership & exams.

Responsible for administering a portfolio of insured clients with varied products and services across the company's employee benefit range. Duties include handling all administration as highlighted below:

- Answer and transfer telephone calls in accordance with company protocol and GDPR requirements. All calls must be answered in a professional manner and distributed as such.

- Deal with assigned post for SME and mid and corporate clients

- Respond to client emails clearly and accurately

- Build long term relationships with client contacts

- Midterm amendments

- Checking and sending client invoices

- Calculating monthly benefit breakdowns

- Ensuring internal database is regularly updated and data is accurate.

- Work closely with Account Managers / Consultants to deliver a joined-up approach to client servicing

- Scanning of documents/invoices and shredding of confidential information

- Maintain and issue P11D reports & audit client data

Competencies/Knowledge

1 Strong administration background
2 High levels of attention to details/accuracy
3 Good maths skills and understanding of excel
4 Service excellence & relationship building
5 Deadline focused
6 Previous experience working in insurance desirable but not essential
7 Full UK driving license
