We are currently recruiting for a new client that specialises in outsourced HR services to SME’s with an established and ever growing client base.

Due to a steady increase in business, we are searching for a Recruitment Specialist to join their busy team and support the recruitment strategy, for a particularly busy client.

This position is 100% home-based, with occasional travel into London required in order to meet with the client face to face.
Initially the role is being presented on a fixed term contract basis for 6-12 months, BUT there is every likelihood this position will develop beyond that point turning into something on a more permanent footing, very quickly.

This could, for example, be ideal for someone with a recruitment background perhaps, as there is an opportunity for the position to develop into more of a generalist HR opportunity, if interested in the role becoming permanent.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone with experience in end to end recruitment in a fast paced environment, ideally with experience of sourcing candidates directly.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to managing the sourcing and recruitment of a wide range of roles based in London, within the hospitality industry and at all levels, so any experience in this sector would be advantageous.

You will work closely alongside both the teams and the client to understand the business needs and establish an approach for each role, managing vacancies, advertising, short listing candidates for managers, as well as supporting at the point of offer.

You must be a self-starter who can proactively manage your own workload whilst at the same time, work well as part of a team, managing effective communication and updates on progress to multiple stakeholders.

A basic salary of £28K is available, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + benefits.
