Service Delivery Manager / Customer Manager
I am working with a Kent based company who are looking for someone to manage and look after a small portfolio of clients. You will be working as part of the service and change team (projects and programmes) to ensure they are able to respond and resource customer needs effectively. This will include some P&L as well as developing strong relationships with all key stakeholders (internally and externally) as well as ensuring they are getting maximum spend from the client.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in service management, demonstrating skills in monitoring service performance and proactively identifying and resolving any variances.
* Commercial understanding driving and expanding current customers, upsell/cross sell
* Commercial understanding in new grow
* Ability to negotiate with credibility, highly skilled in closing deals.
* A good understanding of the issues driving both customer and competitors in the public and private sector.
* Understanding of project and change activity
* Senior stakeholder management
* Experience of inputting into P&L Accounts including financial interventions (such as Profit Improvement Plans) ensuring that engagements run to expected Gross Profit.
