We have a new opportunity to join our established business within the Construction Sector as a Sales Administrator. You will be joining a successful team, many of which have been with the business for some time. Based just off the M20 with free parking, the offices are light and spacious and a nice working environment.
This is a Temporary to Permanent role starting as soon as possible, this isn't a targeted sales based role, more of a supportive Administration position.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Speaking with existing customers over the telephone
Responding to email and web based enquiries
Processing sales orders
Invoicing
Speaking with suppliers, ordering stock
Creating and issuing Sales Reports/Dashboards
Arranging delivery transport
Drafting sales quotations
Updating the client CRM/database
Raising Debit/Credit notes
Supporting the sales team with Administration
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner
Computer literate and a good working knowledge of Word and Excel
Knowledge of SAP (not essential)
Experience of working in an office environment
