Working at the helm of the Customer Experience Team you will take responsibility for all customer escalations, delivering positive outcomes whist protecting brand reputation and values.

Proven experience managing Customer Service Teams.
Experience implementing process improvement using data to influence your decisions.
An ability to balance the needs and requirements of the customer with the business requirements, driving the team to optimum performance.
You’re confident and capable in data analytics, you have the ability to interpret the data to inform processes
Experience in team management and development
You are a true innovator; someone who is never done, always improving
You are an effective communicator able to flex and adapt your style
The role offers
A 12-month fixed term contract - Maternity Cover
Package: Salary up to £35k DOE + benefits including Pension & Medical insurance
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm. flexibility for the right person; full-time, part-time, job share etc
