We are a family run business and one of the largest independent distributors of car parts and accessories in the UK, with multiple branches throughout the South East.
We require a Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office in Aylesford on a part time basis. The role is for someone who has previously worked within payroll and personnel with at least 2 years experience of using Sage50 Cloud Payroll. We require someone to work up to 28 hours per week and we can be flexible for the right candidate.
Job Description -
Process monthly payroll using Sage 50cloud Payroll
Process timesheet data on a weekly basis using Focus (training provided)
Maintain health & safety records
Be familiar with HR legislation and deal with any HR issues raised
General office administration
You will need to be a confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
You will need at least 2 years experience of using Sage 50Cloud Payroll along with a good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
