1PS is an innovative, flexible, energetic company, who supports talent and great team work.
1PS provides back office admin and invoice finance for recruitment companies. We started in 2018 and our team has grown to over 20 in the UK and our offshore development team has 14 people. We are looking for an Operations Assistant to work in the Onboarding Team.
The team is based in Rochester, Kent. We do have flexible working but require face to face time as a team.
The role requires broadly requires experience of:
- Performing due diligence validation and compliance checks
- Performing welcome calls to our agencies and contractors
- Onboarding our customers (recruitment agencies and their clients) onto our platform
- Dealing with adhoc queries from our customers
- Liaising with finance and payroll
We are looking for someone:
- With exceptional customer services skills
- Who is confident and happy
- Who is quick to learn
- Who is keen to learn more about the other areas of our business
