We're looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Customer Liaison Officer to join our busy Customer Team. Reporting to one of the Customer Team Leaders, you’ll resolve customer queries at the first point of contact as far as possible, delivering a great service by taking ownership of, and proactively resolving, customers’ needs. You’ll deal with queries in a range of different areas, including;
• Housing needs
• Tenancy sustainment
• Debt
• Anti-social behaviour
• Allocation of housing
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a role in the transformation of the delivery of services to our customers. You’ll act as an ‘ambassador’ for mhs homes on daily basis, delivering solutions to customers within agreed targets. You’ll deliver great customer service through a range of platforms, including social media, self-service portals, email, telephone and post. A key part of the role is also to encourage customers to use our digital channels.
As and when things go wrong, you’ll deal with customer concerns, resolving them at the first point of contact wherever possible. You’ll also share ideas, information and best practice with colleagues, so that we can continually improve our service and find creative solutions to problems.
About You:
It goes without saying that you’ll have fantastic customer service skills, and be able to effectively manage a wide range of customer queries and needs. You’ll also be able to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation. Experience of working within the housing sector would be useful, but isn’t essential as we’ll give you all the training you need.
You'll need to hold a driving licence, and be able to use a car for work purposes.
We offer:
• 28 days holiday
• Flexible staff benefits
• A performance-based bonus
• Regular social events
• A great team of colleagues
Next steps:
Does this sound like you? Then we'd love to hear from you. Please submit an application form via our e-recruitment system. A copy of the Role Profile and our Leadership Behaviours relating to this role are attached to the advert. We regret that we are unable to consider CV applications for the role.
Interviews will be held on Thursday 23rd September 2021. Interview arrangements will reflect current guidance about coronavirus. We'll confirm further details with candidates who are shortlisted to attend an interview.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
