I am currently seeking a Developer (PHP, MySQL, API, VPS, Javascript, CSS3, HTML5) to work for my client who are a leading eCommerce business based near Kings Hill.

This is a rare opportunity to work for one of the region's fastest-growing businesses on a full-time permanent basis offering dual home and office-based working.


You will be the lead developer, joining a rapidly expanding, family-run team. They will be expecting the Developer to take over the development of their back-end applications and develop efficient software to aid their sales, advertising and dispatch operations. Must be comfortable to pick up existing code.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they have recently relocated to their new site near West Malling as they have outgrown their current premises following huge growth.

Responsibilities:

- Developing BI software
- Developing well-documented, scalable, and reliable applications
- Work predominantly on back-end technologies with some basic front-end development
- Map out efficient workflows and processes
- Configuring VPS to assure the best application efficiency
- Designing new features
- Other IT assistance where necessary
- Writing applications which interface platforms such as Shopify and Facebook Ads

Key Requirements:
- PHP (essential)
- MySQL (essential)
- API integration
- VPS configuration (beneficial)
- JQuery
- CSS3
- HTML5

This position is being offered on a permanent basis, ideally starting immediately.

Annual salary will be dependent on experience.
