We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can bring their energy and can-do attitude to a team that supports our Customer Services Division. The role focuses on involvement with various projects across the division, where the successful applicant will also deliver pivotal support in reporting, administration and recruitment events for Customer Services. This is a new role, for which there will be full training. The successful candidate will also have access to a dedicated external apprenticeship tutor who will support the achievement of the apprenticeship standard.

Working as part of a small, busy team, there will be lots of opportunities to build relationships, develop communication skills and learn about the how a Customer Services Division operates. There will be a variety of organisational tasks to help arrange and facilitate including Divisional meetings and Reward and Recognition events, as well as fun activities for the teams. As a valued team member you will gain experience and develop skills in effective reporting and analysis, supporting client facing teams, as well as interaction with other departments who work with the Division.

We are looking for someone who is a positive team player with an
open-minded and adaptable approach and effective organisational skills. If you are an individual who enjoys learning, multi-tasking and is flexible and keen this would a great opportunity to start your career.


The successful candidate will be required to have GCSE grade of A*-C or equivalent in Maths and English, and experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Notes on apprenticeship eligibility criteria:
• Must have lived within the UK for the last 3 years at the start of the apprenticeship
• UK nationals in the EEA: Must have been ordinarily resident in the EEA for at least the previous three years at the start of the apprenticeship
• Individualswithcertain types of immigrationstatus are eligibleto receive funding and are therefore exempt from the three-year residency requirement
• Must be over the age of 16 years old
• Must be able to demonstrate a significant need for new knowledge and skills to become occupational competent (i.e. those already qualified / competent would not be eligible for apprenticeship funding)
• Should not already hold a qualification at the same level or above in a subject identical to the apprenticeship
• Job offers will be pending final apprenticeship eligibility checks by the designated training provider.
