We are pleased to be working alongside this well established company in Sittingbourne as they expand their customer service department.
Working in a busy call centre environment, you will be the first point of call, impacting the experience of every customer. At all times you must present a good telephone manner, listening ear and project good customer service.
Due to the high content of calls within this department, you will need to have at least one year's experience of working within a fast paced call/contact centre, along with an understanding scheduling and planning.
Working on a two shift pattern of week one 8am to 4.30pm and week two 10.30am to 7pm, you will also be required to work 2 Saturdays a month, 8am to 4.30pm.
This role is fully office based, there is no option for remote working.
